# AI Ticket Bot

> AI Ticket Bot is a premium Discord ticket bot built around a per-server AI brain your staff teaches. It answers members, escalates the tickets that need a human, and saves a transcript every time. It's not just an AI, it's your AI.

AI Ticket Bot is a Discord-only support bot. Its AI runs on Anthropic's Claude models through NEXUS, a proprietary AI platform built for Discord communities. Nothing is sent to other AI providers, and the per-server brain stays on the operator's own infrastructure. Roughly half of tickets are resolved by the AI with no human stepping in. There is a real free plan.

## What makes it different

- Per-server AI brain, taught in plain language with the `/ai train` command. No prompts to write, no templates, no plugin marketplace.
- The AI can read a referenced channel from the member's own permission view, and hands off to a human whenever the next step needs a staff decision or action, flagging higher priority for sensitive cases like billing, account access, or security.
- The AI runs on Anthropic's Claude models through NEXUS. There is no third-party AI middleman and no resold model markup.
- Token limits are explicit per plan. When a cap is hit the AI stops cleanly and tickets keep working by hand, with no overage charges.
- Traditional ticketing is included: customizable panels, a claim and close flow, saved transcripts, granular staff roles, quick responses, and a blacklist.
- The interface is fully translated into dozens of languages, set per server.
- A real free plan is available. Paid plans add modal forms, working hours, smart inactivity, embed customization, whitelabel, a public AI FAQ channel, outgoing webhooks, and advanced analytics.
