You have reached the transcripts hub. There is nothing to open at this address: an individual transcript only loads from the secure, one-off link AI Ticket Bot sends you when your ticket closes.
How transcripts work
Step 1
A ticket closes
When a support ticket is resolved, AI Ticket Bot saves the whole conversation as a transcript.
Step 2
You get a private link
The bot DMs a one-off link straight to you. That link is the only way in; there is no public list.
Step 3
It stays available
Transcripts are kept for a plan-based retention window, then removed automatically.
Private by default
Opening a transcript requires you to sign in, and only the ticket opener and staff with Manage Server on the original guild are let through. Keep your link to yourself: anyone you forward it to still has to pass that same check.
Looking for a specific transcript? Re-open the link the bot sent you, or ask the server staff to send it again.
