Works with your ticket bot

Keep your ticket bot. Add the AI.

You do not have to migrate anything. Point AI Ticket Bot at the ticket bot you already run, and our AI starts answering inside the tickets it opens. Your panels, your transcripts and your close flow stay exactly where they are.

Every plan, Free included · About a minute to set up · No migration

What it looks like

One channel, two bots, one job each. Yours runs the ticket. Ours answers the question.

Ticket created

Thanks for opening a ticket. A staff member will be with you shortly. Please describe your issue below.

maraToday at 14:02

hey, I bought the supporter role last month but it disappeared after I reinstalled discord. do I have to buy it again?

AI Ticket BotAPPToday at 14:02

No, you will not need to buy it again. Supporter roles here are tied to your account, not your Discord install, and they survive a reinstall. What usually happens after a reinstall is that the role looks missing until the server re-syncs on your next message.

I can see the role is still on your account. Send any message in the server and it should show up again within a minute. If it does not, say so here and I will bring in a staff member.

Nothing changed for the member. The same bot opened the ticket, posted the same greeting, and will close it the same way. The only difference is that the question got answered in seconds instead of waiting for a human.

How it works

Three steps, none of them a migration.

  1. 01

Add AI Ticket Bot to your server

Give it View Audit Log when you invite it. That is how it tells which bot opened a channel, and it is the one permission the whole feature depends on.

  2. 02

Run /ticket connect and pick your ticket bot

Anyone with Manage Server can run it. There is a dashboard equivalent under Settings, Connected bots, if you would rather click than type.

  3. 03

    That is it

The next ticket your bot opens, our AI is already in it. Nothing about your panels, buttons or categories changes, and your members will not notice a setup step happened.

What stays the same and what you gain

Stays exactly as it is

  • Your panels and buttons, exactly as they are
  • Your ticket categories and naming
  • Your transcripts and log channels
  • Your close, archive and delete flow
  • Your staff roles and permissions

What you gain

  • Answers in seconds, at 3am, in every ticket
  • A brain your staff teaches in plain language
  • Replies in whatever language the member wrote in
  • An honest handoff when it is out of depth
  • Live web lookups when the answer is not internal

What it does not do

The honest limits, up front.

Connecting is a smaller thing than switching, and it should be. Here is exactly where the line sits, so nothing surprises you a week in.

  • We store nothing from those tickets

No messages, no transcripts, no staff statistics. Your ticket bot stays the system of record, and our dashboard shows external tickets as read only. If you want searchable transcripts and staff leaderboards, that is what moving over gets you.

  • Your bot still owns closing

Our AI cannot close, rename or delete a ticket it did not open. When it decides a conversation is finished it says so and leaves the close to you, so your numbering and your archive stay correct.

  • No greeting from us

Your bot already greeted the member. Posting a second welcome would just be noise, so our AI stays quiet until the member says something.

  • Staff pings need our panels

The AI will tell a member when a human is needed, but it cannot ping a specific staff role inside an external ticket, because those roles are wired to our own panels. Your existing staff notifications are untouched.

  • Two permissions decide whether it works

View Audit Log to see which bot opened the channel, and Manage Roles so our bot can give itself access to a private ticket. Without Manage Roles you may need to add our bot inside your ticket bot’s own access settings.

  • Deleting is the close signal

Most ticket bots delete the channel when a ticket closes, and that is what we watch for. If yours archives the channel instead, the ticket stays open on our side until the channel goes.

Compatibility

If it opens a ticket as a channel, it works.

There is no integration to build per bot and no list to be on. We watch for a channel being created by a bot you named, which is how essentially every Discord ticket bot works.

Up to 10 connected bots per server · Connect or disconnect any time

Connect or move

You can always switch later.

Most servers connect first, watch the AI handle a few weeks of real tickets, and only then decide whether to move the rest over. That order costs you nothing.

Questions

Before you connect.

Does this work with Ticket Tool?

Yes. It works with any bot that opens a ticket as its own channel, which is how Ticket Tool, Tickets.bot, Ticket King, Helper.gg and most others work. You do not need to tell us which bot you use ahead of time, you just point us at it with /ticket connect.

Do I have to remove my current ticket bot?

No, and you should not. The whole point is that it keeps running exactly as it does now. Our bot sits alongside it and only answers inside the tickets it opens.

Is connecting a paid feature?

No. It works on every plan including Free. What the Free plan limits is how much AI usage you get per day and per month, not whether you can connect a bot.

How does the AI know anything about my server?

Your staff teach it. You can type what it needs to know, paste a link to your rules or docs for it to read, or upload files. It keeps what it learns per server, so your answers never leak into anyone else’s tickets.

Can the AI close a ticket for me?

Not in a connected ticket. Closing stays with the bot that opened it, so your numbering and archive stay correct. If you want the AI to handle closing too, that is one of the things you get by moving over to our own panels.

Can I connect more than one ticket bot?

Yes, up to ten per server. Some communities run a separate bot for applications or reports, and you can connect each one.

What if the AI never replies in a ticket?

Almost always it is a permissions issue: our bot cannot see the channel your ticket bot created, because those channels are private with their own permissions. Our bot tries to give itself access automatically, and when it cannot, adding it inside your ticket bot’s access settings fixes it.

Can I disconnect later?

Yes. Run the same /ticket connect command again and it disconnects, or remove the bot from Settings, Connected bots. Nothing about your ticket bot is affected either way.

Your tickets already work. Make them answer.

Nothing to migrate, nothing to rebuild, and no card needed to find out whether the AI is any good on your actual tickets.
