Every Discord ticket bot we have written about.

One table for the capabilities that decide it, then an honest head to head for each. We say what the other product is better at, because a comparison where one side wins every row is not worth reading.

  • Nine head to heads
  • Sixteen capabilities
  • Facts from their own docs

The capability table.

Six like-for-like ticket bots, sixteen capabilities, one row each.

Wallu, Helper.gg and Modmail are not in this table because they are a different shape of product rather than a like-for-like ticket bot. Each has its own page below.

How we put this together.

  • Every claim about another product comes from what that product states publicly on its own site or docs. Where we could not verify something, the cell says so rather than guessing.
  • "Varies" means the answer depends on their plan or has changed recently. "Check their site" means we would rather you read it from them than from us.
  • Our own column is bound to what is in production today, not to a roadmap.
  • We are not a neutral party. We built one of these. The framing is our opinion and the facts are checkable.
  • Prices and limits move. Before deciding, open the other product’s pricing page as well as ours.

One at a time.

Each of these is a full article, not a summary card, and each names what the other product does better.

It’s not just an AI, it’s your AI.

Still not sure? Run it next to what you already have.

The free plan does not expire, and one command connects our AI to the tickets your current bot already opens. Compare them in the same server before changing anything.

Free plan, no card. Your first panel starts 14 days of Premium.
