Winning Premium gives the server a plan, so any further spin during those hours pays tokens instead. That is deliberate: Premium can never stack on itself, and the server always drops back to Free when the time is up.
The limits

Cast it, then spend it on whichever server you like within 12 hours. After that it expires unspent.
12 hours per site, per server
Once a site has been spent on a server, nobody can spend that site on it again for 12 hours. It is per server rather than per person, so a 5,000 member community gets the same spins as a 5 member one.
A rolling weekly ceiling
24 hours of Premium, or 200,000 tokens, per server over any 7 day window. It rolls continuously rather than resetting on a fixed day, and it is a threshold to be under rather than a cap on the prize: a server just below the line can still win the biggest roll.
If a spin is refused for any of these reasons, the vote is not consumed. Nothing is ever spent unless a prize is delivered.
How to redeem

Vote on either site below. It takes about 10 seconds, and the vote stays spendable for 12 hours.

Open your dashboard and pick the server you want the prize to land on.

Go to Billing for that server. The wheel is there, ready as soon as a vote is waiting.

Spin. The prize applies to that server immediately, and the bot sends you a message confirming it.
