AI Ticket Bot v2.4.10: teach the AI from a real ticket, pay inside Discord

AI Ticket Bot v2.4.10 is led by one thing: your Nexus brain can now learn from the tickets your staff already fixed by hand. There is also a new way to pay inside Discord, a faster way to read closed tickets in the dashboard, and a round of fixes for transcripts, ticket names and contributors.

Teach the AI from a ticket it got wrong

When the AI answers something wrong and a staff member corrects it in the channel, that ticket holds the mistake and the correction side by side, in your team's own wording. Until now it closed and that was the end of it.

Now you can turn it into permanent AI memory. Run /ai improve in Discord and pick the ticket from the autocomplete, or open the closed ticket in your dashboard and use the AI improve section under the conversation. It takes seconds, and the job reports back in plain language when it is done.

A few things worth knowing:

• Only tickets where a human finished the job qualify. If the AI resolved it on its own there is nothing to teach, and the bot will tell you which reason applies.
• No names, user ids or roles travel into memory. Every line is labelled only as User, AI or Staff.
• The AI's own replies are marked inside the training document as not a source of truth, so it keeps the human answer instead of its own.
• It uses your server's AI tokens, and a ticket is marked as used, so you are not charged twice for the same conversation.

There is no bulk button, on purpose. Somebody should read the ticket before vouching for the answer inside it. Read a closed ticket without opening a new tab

Closed ticket conversations now render directly in the dashboard, so admins can read what happened without opening the transcript in a separate tab. It pairs with the improve flow above: read the ticket, then decide whether it is worth teaching.

Payments now work inside Discord, so you can subscribe without leaving the server. Checkout on the web is unchanged and every tier is still listed on the pricing page, this is simply one more place to do it.

A more stable bot

• Images sent inside a ticket now display properly in transcripts.
• Ticket channel names include the member's global name as a fallback instead of creating an empty name ticket.
• Ticket contributors got a batch of fixes, especially for staff members with no roles and for anyone added manually with /ticket add.
• Small polish on the homepage.
