Add an AI Support Widget to Your Website (with Discord Staff Handoff)
Put an AI support widget on your own website. It answers visitors instantly, hands off to your real Discord staff when needed, and stores every chat as a ticket.

Your Discord support, now on your website
Most communities already run support in Discord: tickets, staff roles, a trained AI. The web widget takes that whole system and puts a doorway to it on your website. A visitor who never opens Discord can still get answers from the same AI your staff taught, and reach the same people, without leaving your site.
It is one line of code:
<script src="https://aiticketbot.com/widget/w.js" data-key="wgt_your_key" async></script>
That renders a chat launcher in the corner of your site, in your brand (your name and avatar from your whitelabel profile, plus an accent colour you choose), locked to the domains you list.
How a web chat actually works
The AI answers first
A visitor opens the widget and asks. Your server's AI brain, the same one that handles your Discord tickets, replies in seconds from what you taught it
It hands off when a human is needed
When the AI decides the next step needs a person, when a visitor asks for one, or when you have set the widget to human-only
Your staff pick it up where they already are
The bot opens a private Discord thread under a channel you choose, pings the staff role you set, and posts the page the visitor is on plus a short summary, with Claim and Close buttons
Or it lands in the dashboard
If no Discord channel is configured, the chat queues in the dashboard instead. Either way, replies reach the visitor live
It closes like any ticket
The visitor can end the chat, staff can close it from Discord or the dashboard, and a transcript is saved
It is a real ticket, not a throwaway chat
A web chat is a first-class ticket stored right next to your Discord tickets. That means:
What a web chat gets
- Where it lives
- In the dashboard, fully readable and reply-able, beside your Discord tickets
- Stats
- Counted like any other ticket, so web support is measured rather than invisible
- Transcript
- Saved at close and kept for your plan's retention window
- Your existing tools
- Claim, close, staff permissions, and the "AI stands down when staff join" rule
- Who the visitor sees
- Your brand, never a staff member's real Discord name
Your team can work web chats from Discord or the dashboard, whichever they prefer.
The AI answers, your people close the loop
The split is deliberate. The AI clears the repetitive questions on its own, and the moment something needs judgement, a person is one step away.
You decide how much the AI handles: keep a daily reserve so it answers until your usage crosses the line and then hands off, or set it to human-only so every chat goes straight to your team from the first message.
The AI itself is processed by our own AI platform (Nexus) and Anthropic's model API. Nothing is sent to other AI providers, and your brain state stays on our infrastructure.
Optional: let visitors sign in with Discord
Anonymous chat works fully, with no login. If you switch on Discord sign-in, a returning visitor can sign in with one click to keep their history and let your team see who they are. It reuses the same Discord login the dashboard uses, and it never asks for a password on your site.
For anonymous visitors, you can offer an optional follow-up field at handoff, an email or a handle, shown to your staff in the thread. We do not send any emails from it. It is there so your team can follow up on their own.
Where the widget fits against a full helpdesk
What the widget is
- A doorway to the support you already run in Discord
- The same brain your staff already teach
- Included in the plan, with no per-seat fee
- Text chat with staff handoff
What it is not
- A standalone helpdesk with its own inbox and rules
- A second knowledge base to maintain
- A per-agent product that scales in price with your team
- Email, SMS, phone or Telegram support
If you need a shared inbox spanning email and Telegram as well, that is a different category of product and we say so in our comparison with Mava.
What it costs
The web widget is part of Premium and above, included with the plan, with no separate add-on or per-seat fee. Live plans and limits are on the pricing page.
If you have not paid yet, there is a way to try it: publishing your first ticket panel in Discord starts 14 days of Premium, automatically, with no payment method at any point. The widget is available inside that window. When the 14 days end the server drops back to the free plan and the widget switches off, with nothing deleted. One per server, permanently.
Honest limits
Good fit when
- You already run support in Discord and want a doorway on your site
- Your visitors ask the same questions your Discord members do
- You want one brain to maintain, not two
- You want staff answering from Discord rather than a new tool
Not the right call when
- You need visitors to upload files. They send text in this version
- You need a closed chat to reopen. A new question opens a new chat
- You need us to email the visitor. We show the contact to staff, we do not send mail
- You are on the free plan. The widget is Premium and above
The domain lock is worth repeating: it only runs on the https domains you list, so your snippet is useless anywhere else.
If you already run AI Ticket Bot in your Discord, the web widget is the fastest way to meet people where they already are: on your own site, answered in seconds, with your real team one step behind the AI.

Frequently asked questions
No. Anonymous chat works fully, with no login. Discord sign-in is optional and only unlocks saved history and identity for the visitors who choose it, using the same login the dashboard uses.
In a private Discord thread the bot opens on handoff, or in the dashboard. A reply from either place reaches the visitor in the widget, so your team works where they already are rather than learning a second inbox.
Yes. It is a first-class ticket with a transcript kept for your plan's retention window, readable and reply-able in the dashboard, and counted in your stats alongside your Discord tickets.
Yes. Set the AI reserve to zero and every chat goes straight to your team from the first message. You can also leave a reserve so the AI answers until your usage crosses a line you set, then hands off.
Premium and above. It is included with the plan, with no separate add-on or per-seat fee. Publishing your first ticket panel starts 14 days of Premium automatically with no payment method, so you can try the widget inside that window before deciding.
Yes. It uses your whitelabel name and avatar plus an accent colour you choose, and it only runs on the https domains you allow, so nobody can lift your snippet onto another site.
Yes, it is the same per-server brain, so anything your staff taught with /ai train is available to website visitors too. It has no tools, though: a public visitor can never make it enumerate your Discord channels or check roles, which is deliberate.
Itโs not just an AI, itโs your AI.
See it on your own server.
Add the bot free, teach it a few of your most common answers, and watch it clear the repeat tickets on its own.
Free plan, no card. Your first panel starts 14 days of Premium.
