AI Ticket Bot v2.1: sharper AI, your own greeting, rock-solid stability

The AI Ticket Bot v2.1 update is here, one week after the V2 rebuild went live. This release is all about polish: a sharper AI, a more stable bot, and a few features the community asked for, including a fully customizable AI greeting.

A more stable bot

Since the V2 launch we have shipped a steady stream of fixes across tickets, panels, and the AI flow. Dozens of bugs are gone, more edge cases are handled, and v2.1 is the most stable release of the new generation so far. If you held off after launch week, this is the build to run.

Sharper, more accurate AI

We improved the AI's answer accuracy and fixed a batch of issues on Nexus, our AI engine. The result is cleaner replies, fewer misfires, and better handoffs when a ticket needs a human.

Make the AI greeting your own

The first message your AI sends when a ticket opens is now fully customizable. Open your panel's Messages, pick the AI greeting, and replace the default opener with your own wording, using the {user_mention} and {ticket_channel_name} placeholders.

It is a small change with a big effect: your bot now opens every conversation in your brand's voice. It's not just an AI, it's your AI.

Rename tickets on the fly with /ticket rename

Staff can now rename an open ticket without leaving Discord. Run /ticket rename to give a channel a clearer name, perfect for long-running or re-scoped tickets that have outgrown their original title.

Instant channel and role refresh on the dashboard

Created a new Discord channel or role and it did not show up in the dashboard menus right away? There is now a Refresh button that pulls your latest channels and roles on demand, so they appear in the pickers instantly, with no re-login required.
