v2.2.0

This one is packed. v2.2 adds real protection against ticket-open DM scams, a set of new toggles so the bot works the way your server does, anonymous staff replies, a way to connect other ticket bots, and fully editable bot messages. The AI also improved and we fixed another round of bugs.

A more stable bot

We cleared out more issues since v2.1. Staff role permissions now work correctly, the clone category bug is fixed, /subscription buy works again in Discord, and the whitelabel page got a cleanup plus a live preview. We also redesigned the in-app notifications after some fair feedback that the old ones looked off.

Sharper, more accurate AI

We kept working on Nexus. It hallucinates less, checks your saved memory more before it answers, and follows your server's rules and language settings more reliably. Any error that happens live now gets reported to us automatically, so we can fix things fast, often before you run into them.

Anti-DM scam protection

Scammers like to DM people the moment they open a ticket and pretend to be your staff. v2.2 adds an anti-DM system to stop that. It is a toggle you turn on when you want it, and it is free on every plan. One heads up: with it enabled, an opener might wait a few seconds before their ticket appears.

Reply anonymously as staff

Sometimes a reply should read as coming from the team, not from you personally. You can now hide your identity and reply anonymously in a ticket from the dashboard as an admin. In Discord, /ticket reply posts as "staff" instead of your name, and it still counts toward your reply stats.

Connect other ticket bots with /ticket connect

If you are moving over from another ticket bot or running more than one, the new /ticket connect command links AI Ticket Bot to other bots. You can set it up and see what is connected from the dashboard too.

More control over your tickets

A stack of new switches so the bot fits your setup:

  • Buttons or select menu: open panel tickets with buttons or a dropdown, whichever you prefer. Switch it from the dashboard or /panel edit under categories.
  • Turn off claiming: disable the claiming system entirely if you do not use it. Tickets that are already claimed stay as they are and can still be unclaimed.
  • Turn off transcripts: stop transcript creation for the whole server if you would rather not keep them.
  • Blacklist roles: the blacklist works on roles now, so you can block a whole role from opening tickets at once.
  • Close tickets waiting on staff: the inactivity auto-close can now also close tickets that are waiting on a staff reply, not only the ones waiting on the member.

Edit every message the bot sends

The panel messages system has a new design on the dashboard, and you can now edit every message the bot sends: ticket opened, claimed, closed, all of them. Set it up from /panel edit or the dashboard. The bot talks in your words now. It is not just an AI, it is your AI.

Threads tickets are archived, not deleted

If you run tickets as threads, closing one no longer deletes it. Closed thread tickets get archived instead, so you can scroll back and read them in Discord like the old ticket flow.

Update now

All of this is rolling out to every server on AI Ticket Bot, nothing to reinstall. Set up your panels, toggles, and messages from /panel edit or your dashboard, and the plans are on the pricing page whenever you need them.
