Smarter answers with web search

Until now, Nexus answered from what it was trained on plus the knowledge you gave it. From v2.3 it can also search the web when an answer needs current or external information, so replies stay fresh instead of stuck at a training cutoff. The search runs through a secure, privacy-minded engine that we tuned for accurate support answers, so members get grounded responses without you lifting a finger. Your own knowledge base stays the first source, and web search fills the gaps.

Speaks your server's language from day one

When AI Ticket Bot joins a server, it reads the language set in your Discord server settings and matches it automatically, so tickets and AI replies land in the right language from the very first message. No extra setup, no digging through menus. It is not just an AI, it is your AI, now speaking your server's language out of the box. You can still set the language yourself whenever you want from your dashboard.

A rounder, steadier release

This release also carries a solid round of maintenance across the whole product. We cleaned up bugs, refined the design in a few places, and improved performance on both the bot and the site and dashboard. Nexus got its own tuning pass for steadier answers, and we fixed a permission issue that could affect tickets opened as threads. Individually these are small, together they add up to a noticeably smoother experience day to day.
