AI Ticket Bot v2.4 takes your Discord ticket bot off Discord for the first time. There is now an embeddable AI support widget for your own website, a referral program that pays your server for spreading the word, a smarter memory system for Nexus, and a handful of smaller wins across panels, quick responses, and the dashboard.

An AI support widget for your website

The Web widget puts a doorway to your Discord support on your own site. A visitor asks a question, your server's AI answers it in seconds from what you have taught it, and the moment a person is needed the chat hands off to your real staff in a private Discord thread or the dashboard queue. Every conversation is stored as a proper ticket with a transcript, sitting right next to your Discord tickets.

It installs with one script tag and only runs on the https domains you allow, and it wears your white-label name, avatar, and accent color. You configure all of it on the Web widget page in your dashboard. The widget is available on Premium and above.

Full walkthrough here: how the AI support widget works.

Refer a server, earn rewards

If you already recommend the bot to other communities, you can now be paid back for it. When a server you told about AI Ticket Bot subscribes or buys a token pack, they enter your server ID in the optional referral field at checkout, and your server earns a reward worth 10 percent of what they paid: free Premium time, extra time on your existing Premium, or AI tokens, depending on where you stand. The buyer pays the normal price, and the reward lands automatically.

Your referral ID is simply your Discord server ID. Grab it from the Billing page or with /subscription info. The rules and examples are in the referral program guide.

A sharper memory for Nexus

Nexus got a real upgrade to its memory system this release. It holds context better across a conversation and pulls the right information more accurately, which shows up as answers that stay on topic and get the details right more often. Nothing to switch on, every server gets it.

Smaller changes worth knowing

  • Web search is now a toggle. The live web search we shipped in v2.3 can be turned on or off per server, either from the dashboard or with /ai settings.
  • Anonymous quick responses. /qr use takes a new identity parameter, so you can drop a saved answer into a ticket without your own name attached to it.
  • The staff handoff message is editable. When a staff member joins a ticket, the message members see is now part of your panel messages as AI Handoff, so you can rewrite it in your own words like the rest of them.
  • Large attachments upload cleanly. We fixed an issue with attachments in the dashboard, so bigger files no longer throw an error on upload.
  • Panel command fixes. A few errors in the /panel commands are cleared up.

A security note, and a thank you

We fixed a vulnerability that was reported to us privately by yunex0. Our logs show no sign that it was ever exploited, and the fix is already live for every server. Thank you to yunex0 for reporting it responsibly instead of sitting on it. If you ever find something similar, our support server is the fastest way to reach us.

Update now

Everything here rolls out automatically, with nothing to reinstall or reconfigure. Set up the web widget and your panel messages from your dashboard, and check the pricing page if you need Premium for the widget.
