AI Ticket Bot v2.4.15: web chat handoff fixed, new emojis

AI Ticket Bot v2.4.15 is a cleanup release. Most of it is fixes for things reported since the last update, plus a new set of emojis and artwork across the bot. Everything here is live on every plan, including the free tier.

The web chat now hands off to your team

The web chat could fail to pass a conversation over to your staff, so the handoff quietly went nowhere and nobody got pinged. That is fixed. When a chat needs a human, it now lands with your team and the staff ping goes out as expected.

Ticket webhooks are fixed, worth a quick check

Ticket webhooks had a few issues that are now sorted. If your server relies on them, take a minute in your dashboard to confirm the saved URL is the one you actually want, since a wrong URL looks exactly like a broken webhook from the outside.

Thread tickets keep working, closed ones stay clean

Buttons and commands inside thread tickets used to stop responding once a ticket had been quiet for a long time. They keep working now, however long the thread has been idle. Closed tickets also no longer show buttons that do nothing.

New emojis and fresh artwork

We designed a new set of emojis for the bot, so embeds, buttons and messages read better at a glance, and some embeds picked up new artwork to match. Nothing changed in how they work, they simply look sharper.

A batch of fixes

• Fancy letters and stylised fonts are now handled correctly everywhere in the bot.
• A short connection drop on our side used to surface as an "unexpected error" on some buttons and forms. It now just asks you to try again.
• Nexus was not saving some of your rules to memory. They stick properly now.
• Small design polish across the website.
• Plus the usual round of errors reported since the last release.

Update now

This rolls out automatically, with nothing to reinstall and nothing to reconfigure. If you missed it, the previous update taught the AI to handle applications and forms instead of escalating them.
