AI Ticket Bot v2.4.18: redesigned dashboard, new docs, exports

AI Ticket Bot v2.4.18: the site and dashboard are fully redesigned, with a new docs page, guided setup, ticket exports and a sharper Nexus AI.

Featurev2.4.18

Dani3 min read

AI Ticket Bot v2.4.18 is the biggest visual release we have shipped in a while. The whole site is redesigned, the web dashboard was rebuilt around a cleaner layout, there is a proper docs page now, and Nexus got a round of accuracy work on top. Everything here is live on every plan, including the free tier.

A new site, and real docs

Every page on the site was redesigned to be easier to read and to make it obvious what this Discord ticket bot actually does. The bigger addition is the new docs page, which walks through setting the bot up from scratch and explains every command in detail. If you have ever wondered what a setting does before flipping it, that page is the answer now.

The dashboard was rebuilt

The dashboard got the same treatment. Everything is smoother, configuring a server takes fewer clicks, and there is a search bar so you can jump straight to the setting you want instead of hunting for it.

Two annoying things are fixed while we were in there. The "select to close" button now works across multiple pages of tickets, and the audit log is organized properly: we cut the noisy entries that told you nothing and kept the ones that actually show you what happened in your server.

Guided setup in four steps

There is now an onboarding flow in the dashboard for both ticket setup and AI training. Four steps and you have a working panel plus an AI that knows your server. If you never got around to training your AI, this is the easy way in. It is not just an AI, it is your AI.

Export tickets and download transcripts

There is an Export button in the dashboard now. Preview mode gives you the important ticket data on its own, full mode includes the ticket messages too, so you can pull a real record out of the bot whenever you need one.

Transcripts got a download button as well. Open a transcript link and you can save the ticket as HTML, JSON or TXT instead of relying on the link staying open in a tab.

Nexus knows where it is talking

The AI is now aware of its surroundings. It can tell whether it is inside a ticket, in a web widget chat, answering in a FAQ channel, or running in training mode, and it adapts its answers to fit. A quick FAQ reply and a full ticket reply are not the same thing, and it stops treating them like they are.

Training is cleaner too. No more duplicate memories or duplicate rules, and memory updates land more accurately. We also improved how Nexus reads its memory before answering, so responses are more accurate while token usage stayed the same, slightly lower in our tests.

Links are in much better shape: fewer wrong links, no more cases where the AI refused to hand over a link it clearly had, and every link it posts in Discord is now formatted correctly.

Yearly plans now save 20%

Annual subscriptions moved from a 17% discount to 20%. Every existing yearly subscriber was updated automatically, so your next bill is lower with nothing to do on your side. The pricing page has the new numbers.

A batch of fixes

  • /ai ask is now staff only. It was open to everyone before, which was never the intention.
  • The whitelabel system is more stable: the ghost errors are gone, it is easier to configure, and it accepts more link types.
  • The web chat widget got a design pass.
  • Plus the usual round of errors caught by our monitoring since the last release, on both the bot and Nexus.

Update now

This rolls out automatically, with nothing to reinstall and nothing to reconfigure. If you missed it, the previous update fixed the web chat handoff to your staff team.

It’s not just an AI, it’s your AI.

On the new version the moment it ships.

Add the bot free. Releases roll out to every server at once, so there is never a re-invite or a migration step on your side.

Free plan, no card. Your first panel starts 14 days of Premium.
