AI Ticket Bot v2.2.1: whitelabel branding, transcripts page, sharper AI

A shorter release than v2.2, but a useful one. v2.2.1 carries your whitelabel branding into more places, gets the web transcripts page working, sharpens the AI, and clears out the bugs reported since the last update.

Your whitelabel branding, in more places

If you run AI Ticket Bot with whitelabel branding, it now shows up in the dashboard and on your transcripts too, not just in the bot's messages. Your server's identity carries through wherever people see the bot. It is not just an AI, it is your AI.

The transcripts page works now

The transcripts page on the site is working again. You can pull up your ticket transcripts on the web, not only in Discord, which makes it easier to read back a conversation or share it with your team.

A sharper Nexus

We ran a lot of training tests on our side, and Nexus came out more accurate for it. Fewer wrong turns and cleaner answers when it replies to your members.

Fixes and stability

We fixed the issues reported since v2.2, and the anti-DM system now pings the ticket opener correctly. The website and dashboard also got a round of compatibility, performance, and design tweaks, so things load and look a little better across the board.
