AI Ticket Bot v2.5.19: smarter pings, claim routing, new /ai

AI Ticket Bot v2.5.19: your Discord ticket bot sends smarter staff pings, routes claimed tickets where you want, and gets a redesigned /ai overview.

Dani3 min read

AI Ticket Bot v2.5.19 gives your Discord ticket bot more control over claimed tickets, fewer and better-timed staff pings, and a redesigned /ai command. It also brings a batch of fixes across panels, transcripts and webhooks.

Choose where claimed tickets go

Claiming has a new Claimed tickets go to option in /ticket settings and on the dashboard. Claimed tickets can:

  • stay in their current category
  • move to the claimer's own category, which you can keep or have removed once it's empty
  • move to one category you pick

Smarter staff pings

A waiting ticket now gets one ping, sent to whoever is handling it, timed by how fast your team usually answers. There's no ping when the member only says "ok" or "thanks", or when a staff member already reacted to their message. A second ping only comes right before the ticket auto-closes.

The responsible staff role you set on a ticket panel is now mentioned correctly when the AI hands over a ticket or sends a reminder.

A redesigned /ai command

The new /ai overview shows everything about your AI on one card: status, model, memories, usage, what it learned and your FAQ channels. A menu lets you switch pages, just like the AI page on the dashboard. /ai info, /ai reset and /ai channel now live inside it, so there are fewer commands to remember.

  • /ai usage shows a bar for this month and for today, the % used, when it resets, and about how many tickets Nexus can still answer this month.
  • /ai memory shows a short preview of every memory and has a search, so finding one works the same with 50 or 10,000 memories. Long memories and long rules lists now read page by page instead of being cut off.
  • /ai train updates on its own when you teach the AI with a file or a link, and shows exactly what it learned once it's done. The AI also remembers that you sent a file in your next messages.

Channel links and other links in your ticket transcripts now display properly and are clickable. If you see a clickable placeholder instead of a channel name, give the bot permission to view that channel.

Video setup guides in the docs

The docs now include easy to follow videos that walk you through setting up AI Ticket Bot.

Heads up for webhook users

Ticket webhooks no longer follow redirects. If your webhook URL redirects (for example from http to https), save the final address in the panel's webhook settings. Webhooks that time out are now retried and tracked like any other failed delivery.

Fixes and improvements

  • Your ticket panel now stays up if re-posting it fails, for example because of a missing permission.
  • AI close notes, escalation summaries and blacklist reasons now end cleanly instead of stopping mid-sentence.
  • Upgrading your plan in the Discord store now sends one clear message.
  • Transcripts show members' display names instead of their usernames.
  • The panel dropdown resets after a member picks a category.
  • Newer emojis no longer cause errors when you edit a panel.
  • The bot's own role and @everyone can no longer be added as staff roles.
  • Free trials now show as "Free trial" in /subscription info.
  • Nexus got a round of reliability fixes.
