AI Ticket Bot v2.5.22: modmail, web access, smarter training

AI Ticket Bot v2.5.22 makes your Discord ticket bot work better alongside the bots you already use, including modmail bots. The AI also gets web access, a faster and more thorough way to learn your website, and more power in your AI FAQ channels.

A full menu for connected ticket bots

Already running another ticket bot? /ticket connect now shows every connected bot with its status. For each one you can:

• pick a role to ping when the AI hands a ticket to staff
• choose categories to ignore, for bots that also create channels that aren't tickets
• disconnect it

Modmail bots now work too, and they're detected automatically. The AI reads the member's relayed messages and answers right in the channel.

To keep you in the loop without spamming you, the person who connected the bot gets one DM about the first ticket the AI picks up, with a button to ignore that category if it isn't a ticket. They get one more DM when a modmail ticket first shows up, or if the AI can't see the bot's tickets. Each DM is sent once and only comes back after that bot's settings change. Web access for your AI

The web search setting is now web access. Besides searching the web, the AI can now open links while it answers, including web pages, documents, Google Docs and videos. Web search itself got better as well: the AI now reads the full page instead of just a short preview, so its answers are more complete.

Smarter AI training

Teaching Nexus about your server got faster and more accurate:

• Train on several links and files at once instead of one by one.
• Website training now goes through your whole site and reads all of it, so the AI learns your website much more accurately.
• Cancel training now stops the job right away and keeps everything the AI already learned.

More power in AI FAQ channels

The AI in your AI FAQ channels and in ask mode can now check member roles and blacklist users, just like it already could inside tickets. And /ai channel is back, taking you straight to your AI FAQ channels.

Unlimited tickets for staff

A new ticket setting, Unlimited tickets for staff, lets staff go past the open tickets limit. Handy when your team opens tickets for 1:1 conversations with members.

Fixes and improvements

• On the dashboard settings page, you can now refresh the Discord list of roles and channels, so new ones show up when you configure something.
• When the AI suggests updating one of its memories, the change now applies directly instead of asking for a confirmation.
