AI Ticket Bot v2.5.25: learns from closed tickets, image paste, AI labels

AI Ticket Bot v2.5.25 lets your Discord ticket bot's AI learn from the tickets your staff already solved. It also brings image paste to the dashboard AI chat, labels on AI answers, and a cleaner dashboard.

Your AI learns from closed tickets

Every solved ticket holds an answer your team already worked out. With Learn from closed tickets turned on, Nexus picks those answers up by itself, so the next member with the same question gets helped faster.

Here is how it works:

• After a ticket closes, the AI learns only from the real answers your staff gave.
• Small talk and quick check-ins are skipped.
• If a ticket has nothing new to teach, nothing gets saved.
• Learning pauses once 80% of your AI tokens are used, so your members always get answers.

It is free on every plan and off by default. Turn it on in /ai settings or in the dashboard. It is not just an AI, it is your AI.

Paste images into the dashboard AI chat

The AI chat in the dashboard now accepts images. Press Ctrl+V to paste a screenshot straight into the chat.

Labels on AI answers

All AI answers now carry an AI label, so members can always tell when a reply was written by AI. This is required under EU rules for AI-generated content.

Dashboard improvements

• In tickets and transcripts, clicking a name now copies that user's ID.
• The dashboard got a round of design improvements.

Fixes

We fixed the issues reported since the last release, so the bot runs steadier across the board.
