AI Ticket Bot v2.4.4: switch plans any time, smarter training

AI Ticket Bot v2.4.4 is a small release aimed at the parts around your Discord ticket bot: your subscription, your billing page, and the training that feeds Nexus. There is also a round of fixes for everything that came up since the last release.

Upgrade or downgrade your plan any time

Changing plans no longer means cancelling and starting over.

• Upgrading to Pro is prorated. You pay the difference for the time left in your current cycle, not the full price again.
• Downgrading to Premium waits for your renewal date. You keep Pro until the day you already paid for, then move down cleanly.

Both options live on the billing page in your dashboard. This works for subscriptions billed through Stripe.

A clearer billing page

The billing page got a new design. Your plan, your renewal, and the change options are now where you expect them, so working out what you are on and what switching costs takes a glance instead of a hunt.

Training that does not lose your work

Two changes to how the AI learns from your server:

• The training system processes your data more accurately, so what Nexus ends up knowing lines up better with what you actually gave it.
• If you run out of tokens partway through a training run, nothing is thrown away. Everything processed up to that point is saved as memories, instead of the run stopping with nothing to show for it.

Nexus keeps getting sharper

Another round of accuracy work on Nexus. It is not a rewrite, just tuning that lifts answer quality in the cases where it used to come up short.

Quieter tickets when the AI limit is hit

When your server hits its daily or monthly AI limit, the bot no longer drops the limit notice into every ticket. New tickets open clean, and your members are not reading a warning that was meant for you.

Fixes

• Cleared out the errors and bugs reported on the bot since v2.4.3.
• Fixed a small scrolling issue on the homepage.
