AI Ticket Bot v2.5.12: custom AI tools, channel training, free FAQ AI

AI Ticket Bot v2.5.12 is one of our fuller releases. The AI in your Discord ticket bot can now use your own custom tools and learn straight from your channels, the FAQ AI channel is free on every plan, and a batch of fixes makes everything steadier.

Custom tools for your AI

On Premium and above, you can now add custom tools to your AI. That means Nexus can do more than answer from its knowledge: it can check an order status, look up a user account, or use anything else you connect.

You decide which tools the AI gets, so it handles support tickets the way your server actually works. A step-by-step tutorial is waiting in the dashboard.

Train the AI from your Discord channels

Training your AI is now as simple as pointing it at your channels. Pick the Discord channels you want, and the AI reads them and saves anything useful to its knowledge base. Rules, guides, announcements and FAQs you already wrote can now feed your support answers directly.

The FAQ AI channel is now free

The FAQ AI channel is now available on every plan, including the free tier:

• Free: 1 FAQ AI channel
• Premium: 3 FAQ AI channels
• Pro: 5 FAQ AI channels

A bonus when you hit your first AI limit

Hitting your first AI limit no longer stops you mid-work. You now get a bonus with extra tokens so you can keep going.

We also fixed a small issue with extra tokens. Every affected account was corrected right away when it happened, so there is nothing you need to do.

Hide empty claimed categories

There is a new option to delete claimed categories when no tickets are claimed, so they don’t stay visible in your server. Turn it on with /ticket settings or in the dashboard under Settings → Tickets & AI.

Use the AI in older tickets

/ticket ai commands now work in older tickets too. If you use AI Ticket Bot with your own ticket bot and have tickets from before you connected it, you can now activate the AI inside them.

A sharper AI and a more stable bot
