AI Ticket Bot v2.5.13: priority colors in ticket names, clearer training

AI Ticket Bot v2.5.13 is a small, focused release for your Discord ticket bot. It adds a new ticket naming variable, makes AI training jobs easier to follow, and fixes a few things in the dashboard and billing.

Priority colors in your ticket names

There is a new variable for ticket naming: {priority}. Add it to your ticket name format and the ticket's priority color shows up right in the channel name.

Your staff can spot urgent support tickets straight from the channel list, without opening each one. It pairs well with the urgent priority and per-category defaults from v2.5.6.

Clearer training jobs

Training jobs in the dashboard are now easier to read, so you can see at a glance what your AI is learning. Token usage for each job is now shown accurately, which makes it simpler to keep track of your AI budget.

Real prices on scheduled subscriptions

If you buy a scheduled subscription during a sale event, it now shows the real discounted price you pay instead of the regular one. Current plans are on the pricing page.

We fixed an issue with the web dashboard on iPhone 17 phones, so managing tickets and settings on the go works as expected again.
