Claude Sonnet 5.5 is now available in AI Ticket Bot. You can now choose Anthropic's latest Sonnet model for your Discord tickets, with a much better token balance than the previous Sonnet 5.

Claude Sonnet 5.5 is now available as an AI model in AI Ticket Bot.

If you want a more capable model for handling support tickets, understanding context and writing better responses, you can now select Sonnet 5.5 directly from your AI settings.

It gives you the stronger Sonnet experience without the token usage of the previous Sonnet 5.

Better token efficiency

Sonnet 5.5 uses just 2x the tokens of Haiku in AI Ticket Bot.

For comparison:

• Haiku: 1x token usage
• Sonnet 5.5: 2x token usage
• Sonnet 5: 3x token usage

That means Sonnet 5.5 gives you a more capable AI model while being more efficient than the Sonnet 5 model it replaces.

Choose your AI

You can switch to Claude Sonnet 5.5 from your AI model settings and let it handle your Discord support tickets.

Whether you want fast and efficient answers with Haiku or a more capable model with Sonnet 5.5, you can choose the AI that fits your server.

Update now

This rolls out automatically, with nothing to reinstall or re-invite on your side. Open your AI settings in the dashboard and select Claude Sonnet 5.5 when you want to try it.
