AI Ticket Bot v2.5.6: urgent priority, dashboard ticket actions
AI Ticket Bot v2.5.6: an urgent ticket priority with per-category defaults, Nexus reads forums, and you can transfer tickets or request closure in the dashboard.
Dani2 min read
AI Ticket Bot v2.5.6 gives your Discord ticket bot a better priority system, with a new urgent level and default priorities per category. Nexus also finds channels faster and can now see forums, the dashboard gets more ticket actions, and a batch of fixes makes everything steadier.
A smarter ticket priority system
There is a new urgent level, now the highest priority a ticket can have.
Nexus also picks priorities more accurately. Instead of defaulting most support tickets to normal, it now sets a level that fits what the member is asking about.
You can also set a default priority for each ticket category. Every new ticket opened in that category starts at the level you chose, so billing or security tickets can start high without anyone touching them.
Nexus finds channels faster, forums included
Nexus now finds channels in your server more easily and reads messages inside them faster when it needs context for an answer. It can now see forum channels too.
Privacy stays the same: Nexus only reads channels the member it is helping can see.
We also fixed an issue where the AI could not mention channels that have emojis or stylized fonts in their names.
Manage active tickets from the dashboard
When you open an active ticket in the dashboard, you can now:
- Transfer it to another category.
- Request ticket closure directly, without jumping back into Discord.
Turn off ticket feedback
Don't want feedback requests after tickets close? You can now turn them off with /ticket settings, or in the dashboard under Settings → Tickets & AI.
Reset the AI memory
On the AI workspace page in the dashboard, the Overview tab now lets you reset the AI memory in one step.
Fixes and improvements
- Ticket panels. You can now customize a panel and save your changes for later without tickets being blocked in the meantime.
- Audit log exports. Exports now follow the filters and timeframe you selected.
- Crypto payments. Fixed a minor issue with crypto payments. All affected purchases have already been sorted out.
- Dashboard polish. A handful of design bugs fixed and small visual improvements across the dashboard.
Update now
This rolls out automatically, with nothing to reinstall on your side. Category default priorities, the feedback toggle and the new ticket actions are ready in the dashboard.
If you missed it, the previous update brought an inactivity system that learns your ticket flow and custom ticket numbers.
It’s not just an AI, it’s your AI.
On the new version the moment it ships.
Add the bot free. Releases roll out to every server at once, so there is never a re-invite or a migration step on your side.
Free plan, no card. Your first panel starts 14 days of Premium.
