AI Ticket Bot v2.5.4 makes your Discord ticket bot a little smarter about quiet tickets: the inactivity system now learns from your own ticket history. Alongside it, Enterprise covers multiple servers, ticket names support custom numbering, trial billing works the way it should, and custom AI providers got a fix.

Inactivity that learns your ticket flow

The inactivity system now learns from your previous tickets. Reminders and auto-closes follow how support tickets actually move on your server, so the bot only steps in when it is needed and stays quiet when it is not.

You can see what it has learned about your ticket flow on the statistics page in the dashboard.

It also comes with three new options, each one you can turn on or off:

  • Remind members: send the member a reminder when their ticket goes quiet.
  • Ping staff: ping your staff when a ticket needs attention.
  • Release unanswered claims: free up claimed tickets that were never answered, so someone else on the team can pick them up.

Enterprise now covers multiple servers

Enterprise plans now support multiple servers, so one plan can run AI Ticket Bot across all of your communities. The pricing page has the details.

Custom ticket numbers

You can now set your own ticket numbers in the ticket naming format with {number+1234}, replacing 1234 with the number you want. Handy if you are switching from another ticket bot and want to keep your existing count going.

Premium billing after your trial

Buying Premium no longer charges your card straight away. You are only charged once your free trial or free days end.

Fixes

  • Google models on custom AI providers. Nexus running on a Google model through a custom AI provider could sometimes send empty messages. Fixed.

Update now

This rolls out automatically, with nothing to reinstall on your side. The new inactivity options and custom ticket numbering are ready to set up in the dashboard.
