AI Ticket Bot v2.5.8 is all about the AI behind your Discord ticket bot. It is more accurate, keeps conversations going, works more reliably with external AI providers and gets more out of your training.

A more accurate AI

The AI now handles conversations more naturally. When a member writes again after a conversation closed, it picks up where it stopped instead of starting over.

It also keeps important details exactly as you wrote them, like links, channel mentions, commands, codes and numbers, so answers stay precise.

More reliable with external AI providers

We fixed missing replies in long, multi-step conversations and on some external AI providers. If you run the AI on your own model, replies now come through more consistently.

Better AI training

Teaching the AI is now clearer and more effective:

• Save confirmations. When you teach the AI something, it tells you what it kept.
• Simpler brain card. Add, replace or remove a rule by its number.
• Website training. Long pages are read in full, and a link that can't be opened fails right away without using tokens.

• Free subscriptions. Free subscription time now stacks on top of your current plan instead of starting right away.
