Who can use it

Staff only since 29 August 2026. It used to be open to every member. The command still shows in everyone’s command list, because this is the bot’s own permission and not a Discord one, so anyone else who runs it gets a short "not allowed" reply. To hide it completely, use Server Settings, then Integrations.

The answer is posted in the channel, so others see it too.

Good to know
An answer here spends the same AI tokens the bot uses to answer real tickets, which is why it was closed: one member could run the budget down and leave your tickets without AI. Members still reach the AI by opening a ticket, or in your public AI channel if you set one up on Premium or Pro.

- You are not staff, and you do not have Manage Server
- You have asked the AI too many times in the last 10 minutes
- The AI is still starting up for this server, try again in a moment
- The server is out of AI tokens for now
- Your previous question is still being answered

What happens
The AI replies in the channel and confirms what it learned. A link or a long paste becomes a background job, and the AI tells you when it has finished reading.

Good to know
Training takes bigger files than a question does: up to 512 KB of text, a PDF up to 16 MB, a Word file up to 8 MB, and 20 MB across all five at once. For a long document, send the file rather than pasting it in pieces.
When it says no
- You are not allowed to train the AI
- You have used the AI too many times in the last 10 minutes
- The server is out of AI tokens for now
- Your previous training message is still being processed

Teach the AI from one closed ticket it got wrong. Staff answers count as correct, the AI’s own replies do not, and no names go in.

What happens
A private card naming the ticket, why it qualified and how many messages it had. The card updates itself for up to 90 seconds while the AI learns, then shows what it learned.

Good to know
A ticket qualifies when it is closed, the AI did not finish it alone, somebody other than the opener answered, it did not come from a connected bot, its transcript is still stored, and it was not already used. That is not the same as your “solved by AI” figure: a ticket where staff took over does not count as solved by the AI. A server with transcripts turned off has nothing to learn from, because the conversation is read back out of the transcript. One ticket per run, by design: it only makes sense when somebody has read the ticket and can see the staff answer in it was good, and doing it in bulk would spend real AI tokens on tickets nobody read.
When it says no
- You are not allowed to train the AI
- Nothing left to learn from: every eligible ticket was already used
- That ticket was already used (run it again with redo)
- The ticket is still open, belongs to another bot, or the AI solved it alone
- No staff member answered in that ticket, so there is nothing to learn
- The server is out of AI tokens for now
- The training job was refused: nothing was charged and the ticket stays available
