    One private card listing every staff role. Pick a role to edit it, or add one, and choose its permissions group by group.

    Good to know

    The fifteen permissions are grouped: what a role can do with tickets, how it can reply, what it can see, and the AI and moderation powers. Two of them decide which tickets a role sees: See every ticket (new tickets in every category, not only its own) and See claimed tickets (it keeps a ticket after a teammate claims it). Four ready-made sets get you started in one tap: support agent, support lead, moderator and AI trainer. A role can also be on the team with nothing switched on, which is still worth doing: staff are never blocked automatically, and the AI credits them when it learns from a ticket they handled. If your plan allows fewer roles than you have configured, the extra ones are kept and do nothing until you upgrade, and you can still remove them.

    Who can use it

    Staff who can see stats, or Manage Server. Every member can see the command in Discord’s picker; it is refused when they run it.

    What happens

    A private leaderboard. The top three get their own cards, the rest are compact rows. The AI is a row too, so you can see how much it carried.
