Block users or roles from tickets and the AI, see who is blocked, and unblock them.
Who can use it
- Staff who manage the blacklist, or Manage Server
Staff who manage the blacklist, or Manage Server. A block only ever applies to this server. Every member can see the command in Discord’s picker; it is refused when they run it.
What happens
A private card, five entries to a page: who is blocked, when it expires, who blocked them and why, with an Unblock button beside each one. A toggle brings back entries that have already run out. At the bottom, one picker takes a user or a role, then asks how long and why.

Good to know
A blocked person is refused when they try to open a ticket, when they use /ai ask, and in your AI FAQ channels. A ticket they already have open is left alone: it is not closed, and the AI keeps answering in it, so close it yourself if that is not what you want. Blocking a role blocks everybody holding it, which is the one to reach for if your moderators already apply a muted role. A block with a duration stops applying the moment it lapses, and lapsed entries are cleared out daily, so this is not a permanent history of everyone you ever blocked. The AI can add someone itself, but only after two clear warnings and only for spam, repeated abuse at staff, prompt injection, scams or coordinated flooding.
