DocsQuick responses
Quick responses
Replies your staff send often, saved once and sent with one command.
2 commands. Tap one to open it.
- Every plan, more on paid
Add, edit, rename, duplicate or delete the replies your staff send in tickets.
Who can use it
- Manage Server
Manage Server. The same editor is on the dashboard, under Settings, then Team.
What happens
One private card, six replies to a page. Each shows its name and the first words of its message, with an Open button. There is a search box that looks inside the messages as well as the names, a toggle between A to Z and newest first, and Add. Opening one shows the message the way a member will read it, with the placeholders filled in, and a button to see the text exactly as saved.
Plan and limits
- Plan
- Works on every plan; the limit depends on it. Free (5) / Premium (50) / Pro (200) / Enterprise (unlimited).
- How often
- Up to 5 times a minute per person
Good to know
Renaming is worth a sentence, because it was not possible before this. The name is what staff type after /qr use, so changing it changes a live lookup: the old name stops working the moment you save, and anything already sent keeps the words it was sent with. Duplicating is there for the case that actually happens, which is one reply you want in three slightly different versions. Replies above your plan limit get their own screen, marked over the limit: they stay saved, staff cannot send them, and deleting a few is how a server that downgraded gets back under its cap.
When it says no
- You already have as many quick responses as your plan allows
- That name is already used by another reply
- Every plan
Send a saved reply into this ticket. Leave the name empty to browse them first. You can hide your name and send it as "Staff".

Who can use it
- Staff who can use quick responses, or Manage Server
- Inside a ticket
Staff who can use quick responses, or Manage Server. Hiding your name needs the Reply as Staff permission on top, the same one /ticket reply asks for.
What happens
The reply is posted in the ticket and the opener is pinged. Sent with your name, Discord shows that you used the command. Sent as "Staff", it appears as a plain bot message, you get a private confirmation, and the transcript hides who sent it, but the reply still counts as your work in the staff statistics. With no name, a private picker opens with the same search and paging as the editor, and a Send button on each reply.
