AI Ticket Bot v2.5.2: bring your own AI model, smoother setup

AI Ticket Bot v2.5.2 is led by one thing: on Pro+ you can now run Nexus on your own AI model. The rest of the release is a batch of fixes and small improvements across the dashboard.

Bring your own AI model to Nexus

Nexus is still Nexus. It keeps the memory of your server, the knowledge base you trained it on, the way it answers in tickets and hands off to your staff. The only thing that changes is the model underneath it.

If you already pay for a provider, have a model you trust, or need a specific one for your use case, you can now connect it and Nexus will run on top of it. Any provider, any model. Everything you have already set up stays exactly where it is.

It is not just an AI, it is your AI.

Custom AI providers are available on Pro+. If you are on a smaller plan, the pricing page has the details.

Image links from more hosts

Setting a logo, a banner or a panel image used to depend on where the image was hosted, and some links simply would not load. Image links are now fetched properly from a much wider range of hosting providers, so setting up a whitelabel bot or a ticket panel in the dashboard is less of a guessing game.

Fixes

• Category questions now save. The questions you ask a user before their ticket opens were not saving correctly from the dashboard. Fixed.
• Every issue reported since v2.5 has been fixed, alongside small improvements throughout the dashboard.

Update now

This rolls out automatically, with nothing to reinstall on your side. The only optional step is picking your own model, which you set up in the dashboard on Pro+.
